What a Name! The Bible says that it is a name in whom the Gentiles will trust, and of whom the Comforter (The Holy Spirit) would testify.Matt. 12:21, John 15:26 We also know that there is “no other name under heaven whereby mankind can be saved.” Acts 4:12   Rom. 10:13 tells us that “whosever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” And let us not forget Phil. 2:9-11 ”Wherefore God also has highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

Dear saints of God, as you go this week let this name be with you to bring you comfort, hope, courage, and strength. The name of Jesus  has a way of bringing cheer to our soul like nothing else will. It’s better than a cold glass of water on a hot dry day. It calms a troubled soul, and energizes the weary. There is nothing else like it. Let me encourage you this week to think upon, speak, sing, and trust in “The Name”, JESUS!! It will do you  good and help you too.
